Relocation For Southbury, Bush Hill and Trinity Surgery

Dear Patients

As you are aware, Southbury Surgery, Bush Hill Park Medical Centre and Trinity Avenue Surgery will be closing later this year, we will keep you updated with exact dates as we get ready to welcome you to Lincoln Road Medical Practice. Staff will be moving to the new location, so you will see the same people at Lincoln Road.

Medicus are committed to providing patients and staff with premises that are fit for purpose, offer a pleasant environment to visit and work. Upgrades to this site will include:

2 Additional Floors
New Consultation Rooms
Lifts to all floors
Disabled Parking Spaces
InHealth Diagnostics will still be onsite
Introduction of other Healthcare Services

Drop-In Sessions

If you have a question about the relocation of Southbury, Bush Hill or Trinity sites we are holding “Drop-In Sessions” on Wednesday 5^th July 2023

Southbury – 11.30 – 12.30

Bush Hill Park – 12.45 – 1.30

Trinity – 1.30 – 2.15

There will be staff and Patient Participation Group Members at each location at the times above to answer your questions. If you are unable to come on the above date, there are forms to fill in at Reception.
