Visit your Registered site website. Fill in the eConsult and one of our health care professionals will be in touch with you within 48 hours
What is econsult
eConsult lets you patients consult with their own NHS GP online by completing a quick form that is sent and reviewed by the practice. We can also direct the patient to self-help, pharmacy advice and local self-referral services. eConsult is a clever bit of software that allows you to quickly and safely get help and advice from your own doctors
and GP practice online, for free, from anywhere.

What if I have an emergency?
Then eConsult will direct you to call either, 999 NHS 111, Urgent Care Centre or the Practice
I don’t have access to the internet, can I still call my practice?
Of course, we understand that not everyone will be able to use eConsult, so please call if you need appointments or advice
Can I go to a Pharmacy to ask about medications they sell or do I have to use eConsult?
Pharmacists are really knowledgeable about common illnesses and the treatments available over the counter, please do not hesitate to ask for advice at your local pharmacy
