Appointments can be requested, by telephone, online (PATCHs) or you may be invited in by your practice following a test, follow-up or medication review.
Medicus offers the following appointments:
On the day appointments, pre-bookable appointments and online PATCHs appointments. Also evening and weekend appointments at the two Hubs in Enfield operating from Carlton House and Eagle House can be offered.
Appointments may be on the phone, via video link or face to face – staff will advise you when booking
Telephone Appointments and Video Calls – please ensure you are able to take the call on the day of your appointment if you don’t answer you will have to request another appointment. ( We will make 2 attempts to contact you)
Face 2 Face Appointments – when you are booked for a clinical appointment , we are still requesting that patients wear masks to keep our workforce as safe as possible.
