Formerly known as Carlton House Surgery, this is one of the first 11 to Join Medicus Health Partners in 2018.     Formerly known as Bush Hill Park Medical Centre, it was established in 1986 by Dr Carl Chang and in 2013, Dr Chooi-Geng Foong, a female doctor, joined the Practice. They joined Medicus Health Partners in 2019, wanting to offer patients more options and services. Patients can now attend any site, clinics and get support wherever they see the Medicus Logo.
