Carlton House will be inviting patients for a booster dose vaccination starting from 22nd April until 30th June 2024.
Eligible cohorts are:
- Adults over 75 years, or turning 75 years by 30th June
- Those in a care home
- Aged 6 months and over with a weakened immune system
Primary doses will only be available as a single dose for people in one of the above groups.
If you have tested positive for COVID in the past 28 days, please postpone your appointment until 28 days has passed.
